I hope you are all doing well and staying excited for this project like we are.

We have added a few items that were not available during the KS and now we have 2 alternate poses for the Prudence Mini so you can pick up and attack pose if you have a need!

We expect KS to release the funds on the 27th, at that time we will be ordering the molds which have a 30 day lead time, so once we place the order we will not have much information for about 30 days.

We hope to be sitting down with B. Dave Walters next week to discuss the adventure and see what we can do about opening it up as an add-on.

Wizards and Warriors invade Tokyo

It's no secret that role-playing games (RPGs) are making a comeback. A Dungeons and Dragons movie was recently green lit, and Netflix has a Magic the Gathering TV show coming out. But is everything just a remake of Game of Thrones?

Enter Shibuyan Knights, a table-top RPG created by Maurice Poplar, acclaimed independent director of Donovan Quixote and The Lost Shepherd. Shibuyan Knights re-imagines fantasy not in the European countryside but instead as an urban steampunk Tokyo. Instead of recreating a period drama, Shibuyan Knights centers mecha builders, brewers, airship flying pirates and a shady social organization known as the Roppongans. You won't need a degree in Japanese history for this game, but you will need to bring your imagination.

The world of Shibuya looks more like a Studio Ghibli film and less like a Kurosawa. Poplar describes his RPG as an anime role-playing game instead of fantasy. "Fantasy is awesome, but for most people it means a certain kind of tone and setting: 'Let's kill something and get some points!'” he says. “Instead, Shibuyan Knights is set in an urban setting with a favor-based economy, where reputation will get you farther than riches."

Shibuya looks a lot like modern-day Tokyo. Poplar says this is in line with the new classes that hope to refresh the fantasy genre. "We have new classes like Tinks, Arcanes, Tsukijans and Brewers. In Shibuyan Knights, the Warriors and Monks don't look like generic warriors and monks. It's imaging new frontiers of role-playing. All set in a fantastic version of one the largest, most dynamic cities in the world."

Words are a bit hard to come by as the reality of what this means settles in.

Thank you all for helping us realize this dream. Both as companies and individuals this is major step for us, and you are all there with us. Thank you for being apart of this journey.

So, what happens now?

We will take a much needed few days to rest and regroup and then I will be setting up the Backerkit and getting everything ready for add-ons and order finalization.  We will be sending out the Backerkit surveys as soon as Kickstarter releases the funds in 15 days.

In that survey you will have the option to add on any additional items you wish as well as verify your shipping addresses. 

Please take the time to fill out the survey that was sent to you in messages so that we can add your input on future projects like this.

Hello All!

We are down to the last 48hrs of what has been a great campaign. 

There comes a time in every campaign where you have to sit back and realize it is out of your hands.

This is NOT that time!

We are working round the clock to spread the word and keep sharing this project with new people. Kickstarter sent out the 48 hr reminder alert email to over 850 followers of the Draught.

We have added the miniature to every bottle during the kickstarter as well as two new items to add-on. Remember you can adjust your pledge to reflect the items you wish to add in Backerkit, so grab some dice and a carrier for your potion bottle.
